My chalet was very nice but it seemed like it was in a perpetual state of no power. It was explained that there was load shedding (which I totally understand) but it felt like the generators were running 24/7 and so one could not plug anything to charge their devices overnight (this makes trying to wake up on time a problem if your cellphone battery dies overnight). They have a single light by the entrance to the bedroom that turns on during the "generator rotation" period. There was at least hot enough water for the baths although it was very unpleasant having to fumble about in the dark to wash up and turn in for the evening, assisted only by the glow of the television in the next room (when it was on).

Thankfully, the main conference venue is powered and so we could charge our devices during the day.

The staff were very helpful nevertheless so it is unfortunate that the place is let down by Eskom.

Definitely great service and professional excellence is what I recently experienced while facilitating Training sessions at this venue. The staff at Kopanong went out of their way to support us as Facilitators in ensuring we had everything we needed!

Abkut to leave the facility. Goodbyes are always the saddest parts of a pleasant stay. The most friendlies crew at the facilty from the chef's that interacted with us, to the waitress who served us with their friendly faces to the security who are the faces of the facility. Tops it's just kudos in awe!!!!

sound systems at conference window not working well.
food at venue very basic (bad stew 4 days in a row)

A beautiful, clean, comfortable well kept hotel with lovely gardens. Value for money. Good food and efficient staff. I will visit again. ????

The toilet was moving when I sit on and it spilled water. The water wasn't moving when i was showering. The room was cold and the aircon wasn't warm enough
