Reception staff extremely helpful. They were quick in assistance. Scan, consultation fee and medication R630. Beyond thankful for them. Very clean!! Dr Pillay very understanding and friendly. Found my new doctor.

Visited Benoni Health Centre for the first time about a month ago, to see Dr. PILLAY.
The receptionists are kind and friendly. The facility is clean and neat.
I desperately needed a doctor because I was feeling really terrible, and my usual physician was on holiday.
After waiting for almost an hour, the Dr. finally arrived into the room to examine me. He doesn't talk much, doesnt ask any relevant questions to ascertain my medical history, didn't give me feedback as to what was exactly wrong with me. I walked out of the room not feeling very confident. Was directed to the dispensary where I was handed medication that could be bought at any Dischem. Was not given any antibiotics although I felt as sick as a dog.
Arrived home feeling deflated and asking myself why did I even bother. Will not be going back there again.

Dr pillay is an awesome Dr. He listens and doesn't disregard patients needs. He has helped me with chronic pain and understands what I'm going through.

I guess every person has their own experience. Mine not good at all. Reception staff very good but not the doctor for me.

I would like to start off by saying Dr Pillays offices and staff are great, however the at our visit my husband needed to see the dentist which is very hard to get hold of on the phone to make an appointment, as well as her dress code this last Saturday 05 February, she looked like she should be working in a club not in a Dr's/Dentist office where there are children, (Mesh Shirt, Leather pants) why did she bother wearing a shirt at all she could have just as well walked around in her bra. This dress code should be unacceptable in a Dr's / Dentists office

Both doctor Pillay and Kasongo are brilliant ????, and the ladies at the reception are great. At first I was not happy with the waiting a long time until I understood how it all works. Keep up the good work.

Doctor is great.. but the reception and their different instructions is VERY frustrating.. every time we call/go there, one lady will say one thing and then another will say something totally different, which results in us wasting our time. Theres a particular lady that is very rude, which i do not understand sometimes, even when trying to explain what the other lady said... this has happened on more than one occasion... when i arrived.. i stood at the door for about 10minutes+ with no help.. the receptionists just looking at me.. one passed by me even to go on lunch.... there is no staff rotation.. when someone is on lunch, everything stands still.. you cant enter the door when the door lady is on lunch. the receptionists will definitely chase people away..... terrible
