The place is nice and clean, a suggestion to have mini/bar fridge in all rooms. I believe it's a standard amenity for most hotels. It's just convenient for guests

Very very noisy place. I stayed Friday and Saturday and both nights there were parties by the pool that finished in the early hours of the morning. Probably a great place if you are in your early 20s and want to party it up.

Beautiful place but the is no rules or what sooo ever people kept on making noise left right and centre we barely got the rest we wanted and none of the stuff were doing anything about it,it was very disheartening????on the other hand the rooms had no bar fridge were are guest expected to put cold beverages,yhoo hai and they also need to do something about their beds straight.

The room was disappointing, the bed was too hard and my husband kept rolling to the middle of the bed which left me with little space to sleep.The television only had one station so we could not watch anything else.The shower was a hand shower mounted to the wall,so this was inconvenient. The coffee was horrible,the toilet did not flush properly.We noticed the linen did not get changed often as we found foreign hairs in my son's bed.So I would not recommend this place at all.

Dirty, horrible place, won't give my money back I wasn't there 2min asked for refund. Reception attitude stinks they give me wrong number for manager, owners don't take care of their place beds are stained, reception area dirty.

Was there on the weekend of 25 June to celebrate a friends birthday,we were a large group of about 10-15 people and had booked the lapa and reserved 4 rooms because not all of were going to sleep,im disappointed to say there was no power in the establishment from 6pm until we checked out the next morning,the hotel had no alternative power supply,no generator,no solar systems,they could not even provide magneto lights or lamps,no explanation at all was given to us about what was going,needless to say we slept in cold dark rooms with cold showers in the morning....why are there no generators or solar powers???

Very beautiful and large pool, the receptionist was very kind, efficient and well mannered. The room had a very small bathroom, the shower can be better.
