A little overgrown from all the rain we have had recently, kids could still enjoy the play area and had loads of fun. Dam looks clean and their were rowers up and down all morning.

Clean place and very secure for the whole family. Family slept over for the night with no issues. Caught nice carp, just over 8kg.

Nice place pitty their are some disgusting people that leave their rubbish and glass bottles laying around and making it uncomfortable for others to enjoy. Don't they think past their noses that they have to come some time. Hopefully those thugs damage their feet on the broken glass ???? . Needs more dustbins ???? . Not a bad place ????

Great place to take your kids to have loads of fun!
Multiple playgrounds.
There are braai facilities - you might need to take your own grid
Ducks
Camping space

Large park, comes equipped with braai stands just bring your meat and charcoal. Loads of play places for the kids and for those who love fishing, don't hesitate to bring along your fishing rod. It is clean as well. Though I don't see any functioning toilets around and the litter bins seems not to function.

Visit it for parkrun. Excellent walk on paving for 80% of the course.

Nice local park and dam. Excellent for canoeing/kayaking. Great paths for walking. Off-leash dogs can be a problem. Unfortunately the water quality can be problematic and also dustbins not emptied. Always be aware of surroundings.
