Can't understand why normal people are allowed to park in disabled parking
You need sign posts clearly stating disabled

Shopping centre with restaurants and some shops. Parking is a huge problem. Limited space, and narrow driveways and a really stupid layout. Not sure which genius designed it but he needs to be fired.
