My mom was here yesterday, she had to get an operation done under Dr Chris for her top teeth (she went to the theater to get operated on because she has an immune disease which makes anesthesia very dangerous for her) . The doctor was extremely helpful and friendly, he also definitely had a ton of experience. The nurses assisting the operation were absolutely wonderful, they were some of the most caring and compassionate people I have met to date, I truly commend them, they are absolute angels. Everyone helping in this hospital that we came in contact with were extremely friendly. The anesthesiologist was very experienced and knew exactly how to treat my mom, causing no breathing issues or serious lung problems. This hospital gave us the best help that they could and we really have no complaints whatsoever. Thank you for the seriously remarkable work that you put in and the extreme friendliness of all of you, we will never forget it!

Amazing staff at ER this past Sunday. Waiting time was a little long due only one docter on duty, but staff explained kindly. They did their best to tend to everyone. Dr Potch was fantastic and nursing staff was perfect and friendly. All around great ER.

The staff in the Medical ward is unattended, no empathy.
The patients dont have Blankets, the food is Terrible.
My father fell 3 times in Hospital not once were we informed,
Patients can ring the bell the staff wont respond,
A Total shock of how this hospital has gone down the drain.
Emergency Doctors are very good, but the rest of the Hospital and Doctors No Thank you

My mom was admitted in Netcare Linmed for about a month,she had to be rushed to the theatre due to the bleeding in her head.from the Day she got admitted till the last day she was discharged the stuff in ICU has been nothing but loving,kind and very helpful. Sr Iris,Docas,Charity and Amanda have been so amazing!there were some times were we almost lost all hope they were always there to encourage us!Dr Makhambeni treated our mother like her own mom!she always kept us informed with our moms progress and made sure we understood every procedure they were doing!every single time we go to the hospital we would find our mom clean!I just wanna say a big thank u to the unit manager Sr Tessa for her warmest love!in fact everyone in that ward was so Amazing!Thank u ICU staff

As a Netcare hospital and as someone knowing the hospital from before, I expected professional and caring staff.
This place is far from it as the night staff have no empathy or respect for the patients.
The elderly people are even scared to push the bell for assistance as they get victimised and also get told not to waist staffs time.
Visiting the ward found ants on floor more than once and a simple request for blanket for a patient takes 45min.

I was admitted to the medical ward and stayed at the Linmed for 3 days without ever being examined by the doctor for some reason. How is this possible?
Not a pleasant experience at all. There are signs up that request silence, but the staff are EXTREMELY loud and noisy at all hours. How is a patient supposed to rest and recover in such an environment ? What has happened to medical facilities? This hospital needs to get it's act together.

WORST HOSPITAL AND DOCTORS EVER! We waited 18 hours for a doctor to come and see a family member who was on the verge of dying! They say they have other patient too. If we pay the same price don’t take in patients if you cannot assist them! Bad bad bad service! Rather drive to a different hospital!
