Absolutely always friendly staff and willibg to help! Old lady by the bakery is the best and always smiles when helping with pies and a young man at the counter kept my house key safe for me!!!

Service inside very slow. No rush at all. But staff always friendly. Inside the shop could be taken care of a bit more, maintenance u0026 cleanliness. Overall good shop and always well stocked.

I am afraid I must disagree with most of the complimentary comment about this facility. Whilst the forecourt attendants were good,twice I have found tjthe management to be rude,unhelpful and reverse racist. .. today the manager or the franchise holder ot whoever who was consuming his refreshment at a round table could not even be bothered to address anyone civilly but in a manner showing great contempt.
I am happy to confront not only him but one or two of his office staff who show the same arrogance.
This is not acceptable. ..you don't have to be a.rocket scientist to see.that staff morale is low and that senior staff here are from the same mould.
I would suggest you sort out before the atmosphere becomes deteriorates any furthet.The contempt shpwn by the management towards clients reflects extreme badly on your organisation.

Good service ever. Cashiers always greed customers with smile and tell us with their available specials. I always do my shopping there!

Waiting 10min for service while you just get stared at.
