I am afraid I must disagree with most of the complimentary comment about this facility. Whilst the forecourt attendants were good,twice I have found tjthe management to be rude,unhelpful and reverse racist. .. today the manager or the franchise holder ot whoever who was consuming his refreshment at a round table could not even be bothered to address anyone civilly but in a manner showing great contempt.
I am happy to confront not only him but one or two of his office staff who show the same arrogance.
This is not acceptable. ..you don't have to be a.rocket scientist to see.that staff morale is low and that senior staff here are from the same mould.
I would suggest you sort out before the atmosphere becomes deteriorates any furthet.The contempt shpwn by the management towards clients reflects extreme badly on your organisation.
