I bought to phones on the 10/09/2022 the teller didnt help with sim activation she told me to go to pep and buy the sims there and I must come back and tell her if the phones work. I get home to find they not picking up on network. I return to the shop Sunday morning 11/09/2022 thet opened 2 other phones then they find out both not picking up network. Now they telling me they cant get through to Cape Town line to process refund?
Why are you guys selling phones but dont even know if shelf life of those items are still durable?
I want my REFUND finish and klaar.
