My rating is based on the poor service I recieved when requesting a breakfast pack. Around 19H30 on 04 April 2022 I went to reception to request a breakfast pack the lady at reception told me that I have to go to my room and dial 2020 and I will be assisted. I dialed the number on a couple of times all in vain. An hour and half later I dialed reception and I was told that I have to come to reception and make the booking there and sign for it. Mind you m already in pyjamas u0026 in bed. I had to get up, get dressed u0026 do the dreadful walk to reception.
When I got there, I complained about this. Instead of an apology, the lady who was now at reception told me it was not her problem as she was not the one who told me to call 2020. As much as she was correct, I find this very offensive.
Fast forward, I got my pack in the morning, check out and drive off. Later I parked on the side of the road to enjoy my Muesli only to find there is no spoon. M sure it was done to spite me. I had to throw the Muesli away because licking it with my tongue was gonna take forever.
