I bought two very expensive 3-seater aniline leather couches from Coricraft. Got the extra Scotchguard leather protection for R 1 500 extra. As the sales lady said it was to protect against any stains and dust, of all things! When l visited the store to tell them of a crumble of cake that fell on the seat and stained it, they suddenly said it will not protect against grease. Then they tried to sell me their Leather kit. They are not knowledgeable. When l asked to speak to the manager, he was not even in the shop. Not doing business with them again!

The salespeople are very kind and knowledgeable about their products and services, but unfortunately I am having a horrible experience with the delivery team. I received a sms giving a delivery time which they missed and it’s impossible to get through to anyone for answers on when I should be available to receive delivery.

I will update the review as soon as I receive the product. At this point I cannot reccomend
Coricraft due to the frustrations of the delivery.

Update - The couch finally came and it is extremely comfortable. Very high quality products and once you have it, it is very nice. Just wish the delivery service had better communication.

Do not ever buy here! Do not deliver goods on the time that was given and no comunication from the store even when u pay the full amount of the items. I give them zero stars

delivery doggy as hell. transportation of couches R350 within 10 km and you pay it cash to the driver. that's expensive and doggy.

Very bad service, wanted to buy 2 chairs, cannot buy anything on the floor, bought @ another place. You lost R26 000.

Bought a couch the other day. They told me that it had already been shipped, but when I phoned the warehouse, they told me that they are only shipping it the next day. They also had my details wrong on their system and told me that they would phone me back, obviously they did not.
