Never again will I order from this restaurant... Pathetic service from Lucia, making all sorts of excuses for the substandard pizza.... 3rd grade pizza from Nelson Mandela Bloemfontein... Never again!!! Roman's pizza can teach you guys a thing or two!!

Unacceptable customer service bad service because they put one on hold forever I would not recommend that you buy from this debonairs because they can’t do their job correct ????????

If I could, I would give it 0/5. There was 0 service. Ordered online at 17:07 to be delivered ASAP... Well, at 18:35 we still had nothing and struggled to reach them on the phone. When it eventually arrived after a few phone calls, the driver noted that he was the only driver. This in itself is unacceptable, but as if that isn't bad enough, the pizzas were defnitely not worth the wait. It barely had toppings on. I would not recommend this branch in Bloemfontein, others are way better.

The triple decker pizza was horrible, dry and the base was basically an edible concrete. The customer service was great but the food was disappointing.

The service I got from delivery was horrible… even worse when the pizza got here it was cold and the pizza wasn’t good… it’s not the first time they have done this
Last time I waited 5 hours for my pizza to arrive… I never enjoyed their pizza. I’m never ordering there again… service every time I order is bad
