Went to Jadie Professionals to get a price for going from red to blond. Had no appointment as I only wanted a price and to ask if it is possible. Unfriendly staff who refused to see me for 2 minutes. She was not busy with a client and had time. Business lost. Won't recommend this salon.

Thank you for the reply. Please train your staff (Gail) to explain to new customers WHY they can only see you by appointment as you are booked out in advance for weeks. You can run your salon the way you do, just make it clear that no one is allowed there without an appointment. I did not miss the BIG sign which states by appointment only. I did not see the need to make an appointment just to ask if you can change my color and what the price will be as I have never done this before at any other salon. I get it..you are not just ANY OTHER SALON.
I was not rude to Gail, nor was the older lady that was with me. We were both speechless that you were not able to see me "quickly".
Don't use the word us, as you were not in the room and I did not speak to you. To say that I spoke to Gail like a dog is very far from the truth. So is the fact that she said have a lovely day. When I said that I will have to go somewhere else, she said you are welcome to. With you being fully booked for weeks, who needs new business??
You are spot on, I won't fit in with you. I did however find a salon and someone who took a few minutes out of their very very busy schedule to quickly help me. You might be great with hair, but you lack some business skills. I wish you all the best.
