I lost my account card so I asked one of the cashiers in the Jet in Bloemplaza if there was any other way I could still pay my account without it, perhaps using my ID for instance. Considering I live all the way in Hoopstad. The store manager, an indian lady, was incredibly rude, condescending and unhelpful. She caused a scene in front of everyone basically telling me to leave. Thankfully I found out about the Jet in Loch Logan, they offered to show me how to use EFT to pay instead or to make me a replacement card. Very bad customer service. All I wanted to do was pay my account and buy a few things.
