Order 2x streetwise 3. Got totally difrent order and that after they ask again at collections what my order is. I should have gine to Stadium next door. This is not the first time it happens in my family with this branch. And this is where it stop. Will never bay there again

It is KFC sometimes fast sometimes slow but have to say it has been getting better in the past few months. Extremely busy at the last Friday of the month between 18:00 and 20:00

After driving 700km back to Bloem we went through the KFC drive-through for dinner, only to be stuck in the drive-through line for almost 40 minutes with zero movement after placing an order. People were standing outside their cars and hooting and waiting with no explanation. Only to have a lady come out after almost 40 minutes later strolling past the cars, allowing more and more cars to take orders, and more and more cars to pile up without informing anyone that they will be stuck for such a long period. Once I asked her what was going on she said she's been doing stock taking with no real explanation or excuse and carried on stolling past us. After almost 40 minutes with no movement, not to mention not being informed whilst ordering that we will receive no service and be stuck in the queue, we exited the drive-through over the island paving risking damage to our car as we couldn't wait any longer, we left highly disappointed, angry and shocked at this horrible and shocking service, or shall I say lack there of. Don't waist your time at this KFC. Going to bed hungry was a wiser choice than wasting time on poor service.

Actually no stars.... Wayted almost 45 min in line. 2 vehicles in front us about 7 cars behind us. All of cancelled our orders. When we wanted to complain we where ingnored and all of sudden 4 employees popped from god knows where. Now I know not to give KFC another change again. Your employees give you a bad name. If the store is 24/7 the service must be 24/7. If they don't want to work give the job to people who want's to work. KFC once was tops now it is a shame to SA.

Chicken was overcooked ....chips was delicious of the street wise 5 i bought. Service was excellent even though the KFC was busy.

Good afternoon
I'm very disappointed in the service at this KFC, you are *not* very friendly or helpful and I ordered 2 x family treat 8 pc because you advertised it in front of the store now you don't have the Free Jar set....... This are very very bad service.
