The women on duty on the 18/8/22 at 13:00. Should not work with customers. She clearly has no understanding of what being in sales and working with people is all about. She is NOT doing us a favour to help us she is serving us. unfortunately did not get her name. Horrible experience.tried to phone manager. They don’t even answer there phone!!!

As selfish as this may sound, what I don't like about to the willows kfc at night is that even though they ask you if you want to add R2,and whether you say yes or no they add it anyway .Just last week I had exactly R170 and according to my calculations I bought food that cost exactly that amount (R169.90)only for the bill to come back as R171,90 and of course my card declined ,and the nerve of the worker acting all annoyed only to find out she added a two rand after I said she should not,totally unacceptable.

Loved the self service ordering and paying station just it's a busy shop because it's located close to students so orders take a bit longer but overall clean place enough seats and enough parking

Went through the drive thru, where they told me to go and wait in the parking where there was already a few people waiting. After 15 min of waiting I went inside to check what is taking so long. When the lady replied we are just waiting for the snack burgers, but when I got the food everything was ice cold. So why have a drive thru if you are going to let people wait I could have gone inside if I wanted to wait and then you give me an attitude and cold food. PATHETIC!

I am going to be real. I have no problem with this particular store, but the KFC chicken in Bloemfontein is gross. It has a weird flavor and the crumbs isn't even good. It has no crunch, its soggy and the chicken itself looks pale and weird. The chicken in Joburg and the Cape tho! yoh its good. I can eat an entire bucket alone.

Horrible service we got at 3am on the day of the rugby..your cashiers screams at customers and your managers are completely incompetent. Doesnt even know how to coordinate one order. Disgusting service
