Large Bu0026B very close to shopping centre and good restaurants. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. Some plumbing issues (general maintenance that had been overlooked) such as running toilet and loose tap fitting were reported to the receptionist. We had a good breakfast.

This place deserves thr 4 stars that they have been allocated . Was pleasantly greeted on arrival and shown to my rooms . Rooms are modern with fast wifi capabilities and also smart tvs for u to connect to your paid service accounts like Netflix and showmax. Linen smelt fresh and clean and the bathroom eas spotlessly clean ! Would definitely stay here again and also strongly recommend to frequent traveller's especially those on work trips with a company budget

Very nice place to stay a night over or 3 in Bloem, very neat and clean, also great breakfast and situated close to most points of interest.

My wife and I arrive Thursday 17.02 from Kuruman the experience we receive from the staff 10/10 our room amazing depart next day with a good night's rest.will use it again in future and don't forget the breakfast ????

Very happy with our stay. Quiet, Convenient, AND THAT BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING. perfect for a night over stay during your trip. We feel well rested today for rest of our journey. Will be back :)

Lala Dene is a good option for an over night but definitely not for a longer period.
The room we had was a decent size and the high ceiling really made it feel big. Safety is a great concern as they have all the windows blocked, this will help keep people out but very likely keep you in, in an emergency.
When it comes to customer service, we did not experience any. On arrival we were hardly welcomed, just shown how to get in and out with the key and ushered down the corridor with a wave of the hand.
This was the worst part, the whole corridor smelled of cigarettes. It was nauseating.
I guess if you are looking for a reasonable price over night on the way to Gauteng or Cape it makes sense to stay here but don't expect a relaxing experience.
