Rooms in a house without seperate bathrooms, entrances, cramped etc etc. This may be ok for some, but not for me. Will not return

Awesome place... Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable!!! Elmarie was amazing and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend a stay!!! I Will definitely stay there again!!!

The staff are very nice and welcoming they go all out to make you comfortable, a good place to rest and stay away from the noise. Comfortable bed. I will certainly stay at Lizbe Accommodation on my next visit to Bloemfontein.

Stayed there overnight. Hostess is friendly. Room was comfortable. Bathroom facilities were good but had to shared with another guest. No breakfast is served. Parking is adequate. Trailers may be a challenge if you are heavily loaded. Would I want to go there again? Yes!

Place is a bit tight, parking very small and cramped in the middle of trees. There was no swiping machine and I had to drive around looking for an ATM to withdraw cars so I can pay the accommodation. Reception area was also clustered and the place was not welcoming at all. The host tried very hard to make the place as comfortable as possible.

Having made reservations with this guethouse was a huge mistake.

We as a group of five to eight guests on diffrent nihgts was robbed after being very open and honest about how much people will be spending the night over.

We were billed incorrectly, and the lovely owner refused to reimburse for the guys who did not sleep over. Suddenly a cancelation policy was in place... but very quickly to request for payments....
It is very sad that she couldnt accomadate us properly as she only showed what needed to be shown to secure our booking.

To have a private room shared specifically being requested for it. The toilet had to be shared with five other co-workers.

This place is a huge dissappointment, run by a owner that only takes and does not deliver on what is paid for.

Other issues i had:
Not all the TVs has DSTV (old TVs)
The WiFi is not covered properly within the guesthouse
Your personal items cannot be left as it will be moved
There is massive cats roaming around
The owner lacks communication skills, lack of respect and rude
Parking area is not safe as the vehicles has to be parked in narrow parkings.

Please who ever decides to book with this place, make sure you cover everything and only pay on arrival to make sure you get what youre paying for.

This is the worst guest house /self catering ever, the owner is eager to get money and like to tel lies, and if you need a refund then you can forget about it because she will not give it back.

We ask for pictures and a room with privicy for my manager and what a disappointment, the 2 bed room flat has one bathroom with 4 single beds and a double bed, we are contracting in the area and said we are all men and the pictures where deceiving. Not what we expected, you have to ask for the wifi code otherwise no wifi. The TVs in the rooms are old and some remote buttons doesn't work. The TV room (sleeping room) has a dubble bed and single bed but the mattress of the dubble bed is bad you feel every spring and it makes a noice, alot of noise.

The bachelor flat is just a name not really a flat, only a room with double bed and 2 single beds, the bathroom door is a curtain, the wall is easy to look over (almost shoulder hight)

Out of the 6 rooms that are available is there only 3 bathrooms

The 2 bedroom flat has one bathroom with a bath
The bachelor flat has one bathroom with a shower
Then room 1, 2, 3 share a bathroom in the hall and a different room with a shower and bath,

I will NOT recommend this place to anybody because it is bad.

My advice is think twice before you book this accommodation
