This location is heavily understaffed and none of them check in on you like a normal place u would walk in and the staff would greet and take you to a seat here none you walk in and walk to the counter to order and if you are lucky you may call someone to come for a lovely location like this 2 stars wouldn't recommend. To add to this you can buy something called bottomless which is basically whatever you can drink for 1 cup i ordered 1 drank it waited 10 - 15 minutes asked for a refill and about 30 minutes later i got it. This places services is pathetic.

Worst mugg and bean I've been to. The waitress was incompetent, I knew the menu better. I ordered eggs be edict and the eggs were basically blue they were so overdone. If you go here rather just order drinks (which are also touch and go). Don't go hungry, you'll be disappointed.

Staff are really slow and don't check up on you. Id you what to eat there make sure your there at lessed 2 hours before the time. Food was great.

The shop is really under staffed. And they cannot cope with the high influx of clients. Which makes it difficult to even grab a quick coffee before your flight..

They brought me the wrong order and took their time with a drink order. They also never got back to me when I wanted to order some food.

I had a such a great experience at this Mugg u0026 Bean. The service excellent and very quick. The restaurant is situated right next to the checking gates.

Wifi was bad infact horrible but they lady serving me was the best atleast that's something to take home❤️❤️I enjoyed even the view
