I wouldn't think twice returning to this awesome place. The place is clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and always strives to keep their customers happy. They even offered to take me to the mall and waited until I finished! And the next morning I had a wonderful breakfast, it was indeed a pleasant visit I had at Pentagon Guesthouse.

Good communication and welcome on arrival. Beautiful guest lodge. Clean and pristine. Arrived at 9:30pm and still welcomed in. Attended to during stay. 10 minute drive from N1 (good place for travellers). Very secure premisis with gararge for car. Also seemed to be in a safe, well built neighbourhood. We enjoyed our overnight stay very much.

Always taken well care of at the Pentagon Guesthouse. Lianano, Polina and their team are dedicated to make sure you are as comfortable as in your own home. And breakfast is always a treat.

I have not stayed here as yet, but I am a travel agent based in the Western Cape, Last year May I attended a hospitality expo, where students from Hotel schools advertise their chosen establishments and us agents research and recommend those properties to tourists and those seeking accommodation around South Africa, I was impressed with the presentation of this guesthouse as the young girl who was advertising it , presented it very well, even showing , Instagram and Facebook Marketing , I had a group of 12 guests wanting to stay for 2 weeks at your rates but they were unhappy as there are no more pictures being posted , there for the guesthouse no longer has updated pictures. I sent a message to both accounts facebook and Instagram but I got no reply.

This is a beautiful Guesthouse but guests will not come due to lack of marketing on social media, please work on this so we can refer guests to you. that is if the guest house still operates.

The first time we stayed at Pentagon the lady got our booking wrong and insisted it was fine,after calling twice she then corrected the booking. When we got there we arrived late Friday evening. Driving all the way from Pretoria i wanted to have a bath,there was no hot water in the room,we had to call the lady to show her that there is a problem,the next day she said she would get it fixed so we used another bathroom in the Guesthouse. The very next day only I had a bath and my husband had to have a cold shower. the lady acknowledged there was a problem with the water and said they would fix it. When i called to book with Pentagon for a second time I asked if the water problem was fixed the lady then rudely said to me that we were the only people who complained about the water and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the water. Very unprofessional and rude. Will never book there again and would not advise anyone else to book there unless you want to have a cold bath during your stay.

This was such a nice stay, Staff was incredibly friendly u0026 they were so accommodating to us arriving so late, very nice guesthouse!

The place was very spacious and neat. Everything was great and the receptionist was nice u0026 friendly. Will go again
