I bought bra's from your store but such poor quality!! After less than 2 months the wire comes trough and cuts into my skin!

So PEP only stock S and XS sizes ? Yesterday went looking for clothing and Pj's for my mom. The rails were fully stocked BUT only with sizes S and XS. Can PEP please explain ?

The shop is a little disorganised. Not a huge variety, but decent. Be prepared to wait in a que. There is always just 1 or 2 of the 4 paypoints available. And the staff act like they are doing you a favour by just reacting to your polite greeting.

What a disappointment!!* stood in the queue for 30 minites waiting for assistance... the 3 black women in front of us were helped but when our time came the one worker started sweeping the floors, the other one stood on her phone and one left. Stood for another 10 minutes without assistance so I threw the items on the counter and walked out. Never experienced such terrible assistance in my life. It's okay for them to be racist towards us but let us do the same the it's an issue. Honestly what happened to equality!!!* You don't even deserve a full star????

I've been standing at a till for 25minutes waiting for someone to get me price of a school shirt. If I wasn't desperate to have this Item I could have left long ago. ROTTEN SERVICE I MUST SAY. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY FROM CASHIER.
