Very disappointed in Roman's Pizza.

Undercooked dough that was stuck to the bottom of the box.

The worst thing is we ordered 10 pizzas and I asked if we can pick it up in little over an hour from when we ordered.

When we arrived at the the time we had scheduled, the pizza was already cold, meaning they had sufficient time to at least cook the pizza properly.

This is not the first time this had happened either, Romans, you will not see us again.

Pizza was as always great and their chef salad was to die for.. loads of everything in it which is a change from some of the franchise branches that half the time omit croutons or onion for some reason or other.

Only thing I wasn't a fan of was their apple pie.. was all sauce with NO APPLE what do ever.. definately not worth it at all.. apart from that awesome and staff super friendly

Very bad service the management will net too make adjustments, ask twice about order third time after a half hour went toe ask for my slip and suddenly they realised my pizza been standing there for 15min, ice cold,, not the first time this happened water for more that a hour,, not seeing me again, wil drive further and try another Romans pizza :(

The lady at the register was very rude and our pizza wasn’t fully cooked the dough was still runny, we ordered a pepperoni pizza and tasted something wasn’t right not only was the dough soggy and runny but they threw alot of garlic under the cheese and it was impossible to eat. Would not recommend ????????

Very disappointed by the service I received from your place. Apart from the irritated staff member who took my order. I ordered Hawaiian large pizza and Chicken and Mushroom Pizza. I might as well should have just ordered base /dough with no toppings.Im not sure if its cutting costs or what but I definitely will not be buying pizza from this place ever again.
