They can't let customers pay for a single item on the kiosk till ZIKOHONA the Cashier said I can't pay there I have to stand on the lines to pay. But she let another person pay. Poor customer service ????????????????????????

Poor poor poor customer service at Shoprite....
Emergency personnel, Nurses, Police officials, SANDF and traffic officials are not allowed to pay for their skafftin at the kiosk they are told to go and que at the long lines.
Shoprite does not even deserve this 1 star I gave them, i am disappointed with the customer service at Shoprite.

Please provide sufficient stock especially during monthend. Otherwise shopping experience is great i love it keep it up????????????????

Bad customer service. Stale bakery products. Addressing customers in a bad manner.

A very busy store that provides basic necessities, long lines on weekends, prices constantly going up so be careful, customer service is below average.
