Very poor service. Some items on the menu not available. Icecream machine not working. Kitchen personnel handle food with bare hands. This store is a SHAME on the Steers name. This was the second time I had to walk out empty handed at this store.

The chicken fillet on the burger and the beef patty on the burger was not grilled. Maybe boiled . And the burgers were dry. Had a bad experience 8 or 10 years ago with a rude staff member.
Will avoid in future.

Good food must go back to get more of these Burgers. Thanks for the good Service today. Less than 10 minutes Waiting time. Keep up with the good work and Service.

Steers oh steers, if you ever crave a burger with the best tasting chicken or beef with just the right size tomato slice and the perfect amount of lettuce or even fully loaded cheese fries with the best cheese sauce in town, filled with crispy brown onion rings and jalapeños, I mean come on, steers is the place to be when your craving stars having cravings of its own for something really really great to eat.

Staff clearly not interested to assist (Steers). Chips was oooold and burgers very flimsy for the amount charged. Sad that lousy employees can bring a franchise name in shame!
However, the big orange cone outside to prevent people to stop on the disability parking made my day - good for you!

Very very bad. Disappointing!! I ordered a quarter chicken. On the picture a quarter chicken is a quarter leg, I received a breast piece. A very DRY piece of chicken and I had to pay R45 for a piece of dry chicken breast! I was disgusted! Did not eat it. I hope my dogs will enjoy it. Never in my life will I buy something from steers again.
