I do not recommend Virgin Active.
I was asked by William a cleaner to leave more than 15 minutes before the gym closes. I am paying a premium for my son and I. Cleaners should clean and not engage with patrons.

4 star gym, awesome fitness instructors and great classes. Love it. I love the indoor swimming pools they have awesome.????????????????????????????????????????

That is the worst and dangerous gym place ever. Their shower floors are slippery .I slipped slit and sustained a massive contusion on the thigh. Upto now they have not reimbursed my medical aid .Their health and safety measures are lacking....

Lerato is always willing to assist u0026 is always friendly and greeting us! The gym is clean u0026 there is more than enough equipment for everyone. The friendliest ladies at Kauai u0026 we are always looking forward to a coffee after our 5:30am workout!

Very poor customer service this is the fourth time I've had a problem with my contract and I joined in August! However the classes are nice especially yoga and acqua class.

Paying over R500 for cold water in the showers? The staff doesn't do checks to monitor the warm water... they wait till someone complains !!! Not how things should be if u ask me
