We are a company situated in Bloemfontein, one of our technicians had to travel to Francistown Botswana, I did make arrangements for him to stay over at Acre on the Saturday night, but he accidently phoned the wrong guesthouse to collect him from the airport. On his return I contact Acre to ask if he can still make use of the booking, just for the Wednesday night, as the guesthouse did receive the payment for the Saturday night. The lady at the guesthouse keep on hammering on the cancellation policy, and want to charge me extra for Wednesday, I did explain to her that they did receive the monies for Saturday night, we want to know if it is possible if they can change the date to Wednesday night. She keep on going on regarding the cancellation policy! Well I am very impressed with the service and your attitude towards a client in these Covid times, I believe you do not need clients as you did not feel the effect of Covid in you business. Needless to say, I did not stay the night at Acre and never will.
