No electricity. One light in room and when another room turns on light yours goes off. Gates open door open no security. Bed clean. TV and plugs dont work. So cant charge phone etc this me leaving at 3:30 in the morning. Tried to find charging point downstairs only to walk into an African man sleeping on the floor behind a counter. I know it's very well priced. And dont go walking in the dark and feel for a light switch lots of open plugs. Unfortunate but need to put the basics into place

The room and bathroom was neat and clean, but the building lacks maintenance of the finishing touches. The room had no curtains or burglar bars and it was very hot in the room!

Over booked my stay. I paid online and never got my money back. They wanted me to go stay in Benoni. Call local municipality. They dont have a consent to run a bnb.

Very dirty and unkept. Hygiene totally non existant. Was scared to even sleep on the bed. Not a good experience at all

Clean but no service, bad beds and activities throughout the night wake you up.
