Personnel training at an affordable rate, if you ever want to start gym then visit GPhysiques and get a personnel intro to training. Grant Hall is well versed in all aspects and offers personnelized service to each of his clients. Always willing to support your individual needs. The atmosphere is great and no one looks down on you when you enter the gym. Even the other members are always supportive and willing to assist. I have been on and off for 5 years with Grant and love training there.
