It’s been a while since I ordered from any Sandwich Baron. I must say that the quality and freshness of the food I received today was exceptional. I only waited 10 minutes for my order ????

I love the Banting menu and I’m looking forward to eating more Banting food from the store

Pathetic Service! Supervisor by the name of Prudence not helpful at all and very rude, you guys are busy destroying your own reputation by employing people that is chasing away your customers, if your food is not great atleast have good service

Placed an order at 12:16PM. Order only arrived at 14:05PM. Ice cold and disgusting. Could have just as well made a sandwich and leave it in the fridge overnight then eat it the next day. Same thing. Absolutely disgusted.

I will never order from them not will I make sure that our company order from them again. Poor service from the minute that I walked into the place. Ordered two platters 4 days before the time. These could not be delivered nor could it be made on time. My meeting went well until the coffee break and we sat with people not having any food. No communication or excuses from the branch. They confirmed that they did not have some items in stock and that the items/platters will be altered just for us to have something but then they did not pitch up. No apologies, just "Eish". Telephone numbers linked to their website were incorrect. One lady did not even know how to send me the correct telephone numbers as she is not using WhatsApp. Poor poor communication and service. Don`t advertise a product that you cannot deliver. Don`t advertise a service "Free Delivery" that you cannot comply with. AND COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS IF YOU CANNOT DO WHAT YOU SAID YOU WOULD DO !!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a huge fan on them, but won't buy there anymore.. It is the 3rd time I had to wait for more than 2 hours for delivery
