The reception lady hardly smiles. They refused to get a punch bag, citing bogus excuses. Their membership is hard to cancel. The "personal trainers" aren't interested in helping. Basically, it's a place to train if you're running away from the rain. Oh, also, they claim to open early on Sunday. No, they're only open at 8am. You'll find out by the door.

Love the gym and people from the staff to other members always friendly. Great vibe always best choice I ever made to join the Gym company family ????

The gym is just fantastic. The people there are quite awesome especially Noel the coach you have to try his sessions.

This is the worst gym ever, incompetent manager, I keep getting debited even though I cancelled my contract. The so called manager never returns calls and is completely useless. I've left numerous messages but never get any feedback. He is always in "meetings", seems like all the gym company's have this culture, it was the same at the Benoni branch, no customer service no wonder the place closed down.

Hey hey????
The Gym Company has such friendly staff from the moment you walk up until the moment you walk out.
I love how the gym is literally up stairs from where I work..
Also I'd like to thank Brighton for not giving up on signing me and dragging me to the gym..I'm absolutely loving the gym now...
One thing I would've loved thou is if the gym had a boxing bag I'd love to throw some punches..
Thank you again for the amazing service and for making me feel welcomed ????????

One star is still a complement for the gym company! They are a very sneaky bunch..
They do not communicate with their customers on procedures when cancelling your membership :-(
My husband cancelled his membership by telephone in November 2021 already when the contract ended. December 2021 they deducted their fee again..kamstig for "equipment costs" and now in January 2022 they wanted their fee again..their excuse...one must go into the gym and sign cancellation consent forms before contract is "actually" cancelled...seriously
Stay faaaaaaaaarrrrrr away from these people...walk circles around them when they approach you in the mall...they are not worth wasting your time, energy and money for!
