Great location, so central and within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the promenade. Will definitely be back the next time we are in Cape Town.

These apartments have everything you need for a short or long stay in the beautiful seapoint. It's not on the main road, which is great, but the main road is close enough to walk to. Comfy beds, big bathroom, huge living space with everything you need for self-catering and aircon, which in summer is a must. It's also close to town, gardens, lions head, table mountain so it's very central. We will definitely be going back.

Wow! What a lovely getaway location/place.
Service is great and quick. Rooms are neat, clean and spotless! Cannot find fault with anything.
Private Jacuzzi is an absolute bonus. Will definitely visit it again with no fear of a drop in standards. Price is so reasonable for what you getting.

Apartment style holiday/timeshare units. Well layed out modern units with partial sea view on upper floors to the front and signal hill to the back. The staff are friendly and on site. The area is quiet and safe. Walking distance from Woollies, some other shops and fast food. Walking distance (less than 1km) from the Sea Point Promenade. Ideal place to stay even without a vehicle.
Wi-Fi available although quite slow and signal often drops. However a nice to have.

The amenities are exactly what you need for a comfortable holiday flat. There were a few maintenance issues that if sorted would make it 5 star, but in terms of cleanliness, friendliness, great shower, comfy bed and general comfort, it's brilliant. (If you like filter coffee, take your plunger with)

To my unfortunate regret I would not stay here for leisure again. Infact worn go here again due to the cocorotch infested rooms. Ranging from babies to massive 7 cm ones. I could not sleep with fear that they will be on the beds. They place looks cleen at first sight and seems reasonable. But its hidden corners are dirty and was uncomfortable. They advertised there is wifi but can't handle more than texting apps. Unless you want to just get in the tub for few min then sleep which I could not. I would not recomend.
I spoke to manager and all he did was shift blame as if I was supose to tell the car gaurd my room is infested or request to move rooms at 2 am in the morning. Check is is a long process, although they lady is profetional and kind they dig into all your info including taking copies of your bank card. Felt verry uncomfortable as we had already paid online. This is my personal experiance as I air bnb and booking. Com sleep out often at least once a month.
