1 Gibson Setete - a week ago

Date : 14 September, time frame between 14h:10- 14h: 20- i bought 2 plain ice cream cones which cost r4.90 each but was charged for r7.00 . 2 ladies were cashiering,one was busy chatting to a client accompanied with a boy, didn't buy anything. Upon the client leaving, the lady offered ice cream to the child boy but no money rendered. The same period, we were being served ice cream by another lady. I handed over R 20, and they discussed something which I didn't bother to listen. Finally, I was given change r6. The lady who had offered icream for free to a boy, took my receipt of purchase away from the lady who served us and she turned aside. I humbly let this go. Anyone purchasing there, please check your change before you leave. I was robbed to pay someone's ice cream without my concern.

No order at kfc .I end up leaving there with out my food even though I paid for it . Il neva eva go there again the reason why I like kfc is for there crunch burger just the burger meaning it's a quick make so don't wait long. There was people who came after me ordered and got there food . Where I was still waiting

My sister and friend visited over the weekend and we're served by incredibly friendly staff. The service was fast as can be expected from most KFCs. Just a heads up to the vegetarians out the--they unfortunately don't have vegetarian burgers at this chain. But their fries were pretty good

Terrible service, the tellers don't pay attention to you while you're placing your order so they get it wrong most times. I never got chips with my meals u0026 they give me Coke Zero when I specifically asked for a normal Coke. And the teller even argues with me to say that I did, in fact, order a Coke zero. I've probably ordered from this KFC 5 times in the last 2 months and they gotten something wrong with my orders every single time. When I order the Sprinkle pops it's never full, it's always half a box of Pops (that I'm paying for btw) Extremely disgusted with the service at KFC Gardens and I will not be going back any time soon. People are spending money at this place and non of the workers even care to treat customers with respect.

Bad service last night. Repeatedly asked if I want normal or zinger. After telling them 3 times I want normal, she goes "oh sorry we inly have zinger". Then, my sprite tasted like cleaning detergent. Disgusting. One of the worst KFC's.

Ordered on Uber eats from them the driver arrived to pick up the order they tell the driver someone already picked it up. So the driver gets back to me to tell me this and he's unsure what to do. So I called them directly to find out what happened and they say the same story but the lady is insisting that someone else picked it up and then canceled the order "after" picking it up....weird right I then tell her this seems like a stretch what verification is done when a driver picks and order up to my knowledge theres a barcode to be scanned. She ignores my question and keeps saying someone picked it up and we must take the complaint to Uner Eats. I'm really annoyed and feel bad for the driver so I tell her to cancel on her side...even if I called uber eats the restaurant is the one at fault I shouldn't be the one dealing with that admin nor should it be the driver. Eventually they canceled the order but we waited a good 2 hours for that food and had to request somewhere else.

Finger licking good. Just kidding. Still. It's KFC... so pretty consistent.

First, most important thing to note is that it seems this branch has no drive through! It's like the 1800s - you have to walk into a shop and speak to people! That said, it's not as bad as it sounds.

The inside of the place is nicely laid out so, despite the fairly narrow ordering counter, you're able to keep distanced and step back while you're waiting for your food. Staff were helpful and prompted for all the right things (portion preference, sauces, etc.) and, despite it being holiday time and the place being quite busy, our order was quick and accurate.

It's a little hard to make the site out because it's up a few stairs, but trust the billboards and signage - you are in the right place. Again, remember: no drive-through. Parking is not atrocious - you should be able to find some, but the street wasn't super busy when we went so factor in some reserves of patience.
