So on the website aswel on the door it shows they open at 7am. When i arrived there at 0705 the lady tells me they not opening now only later. When i askrd what time she tell me she don't know. Please change ur information on the website as well as on the door as its incorrect.

Ordered food online yesterday.Got the Grand Chicken spicy and Mcfeast.The Chicken burger patty had alot of bones in it which I could not eat and the Mcfeast was just a sloppy mess.We complained Online and someone was going to get back to us but no one did.Poor service.

So 30 mins ago a lady helped me to buy a large big mac burger with the prize of the medium bigmac and i had with it a chicken fold over and this is what i got maybe i am wrong or my eyes needs attention. my order number was 3289

Absolute horrible service
Sindiswa is the manager on duty,
Poor child fell because of a wet floor and there was no sign indicating that the floor is wet 2nd to that they didn't even have half of the menu.....

This is absolute horrible service and people treatment even the staff are very never mind walking like they on holiday no customer service

The burgers that i ordered is dry as the Kalahari desert plus the fries also. The only things that's edible is the bottled stuff
