This nandos branch always finds new ways to disappoint. The hotpot that I ordered didn't have any chicken in it whatsoever, not even a shred! Very disappointed. And to make matters worse, the customer care employee gave me the contact details for the wrong branch and refuses to assist further! Not okay

Nando's mozambican paprika chicken, four sides and mojito's. Hits the take-out spot! Fresh and oh so tasty.

The service at this store is fairly average. A part from the other bad reviews in terms of cleanliness (you may not to ask them to wipe your table at times), they just don't seem to get the food right. I ordered a chicken wrap while I was on lunch, got back to the office and the wrap literally juts had chicken in it. No salad. I haven't purchased there in a while due to previous experiences, but I think I'll stick to N1 city drive thru.

Waited more than 20 minutes for food. Apparently they didn't know about the order. But they took my money. 5 people kept looking at me confused while I was sitting quietly and waiting. Nearly passed out of hunger before they realized they had tomake and pack my food. Don't bother coming here you will be very very disappointed

I am usually patient, I give the time of day especially when I could see the chaos in the expediting section. Here's the reality, there was an order of 20 chickens before me. 10 minutes into my wait they let me know that they had not realised that they had to make more chicken in the oven. I mean it does not take a rocket science degree to realise that if 20 chickens are going out 20 more need to be prepared. I have now been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for chicken. All the tickets on they system are red. Like that is not great service or management.

Friendly Staff. Cleanliness tops. Quick services. No queues and this was during lunch break. Good food. Overall pleasant experience for a first time visit.

What I ordered and what i received are totally oposit. Burned food, not extra source as requested. I'm disappointed, worse I was really craving for what I know, Nandos delicious food. Please do justice to your Customers.
