Tried to order pizza, was told the machine wasn't working, whatever that means. I later saw another table eating pizza, which didn't look too great anyway. Continued to order a burger(extra patty) and a few combos for the table, ended up receiving (after 1h40m of waiting) one patty, and all the combos were wrong. We ordered them with salad, and got served chips. One of the combos we waited on another 30m. We requested Tabasco for the table about 4 times, until we had to go and fetch it ourselves.

At times we struggled to understand the waiter, and he repeated our order 3 times back to us, only to receive the wrong order.

I've had better food for cheaper. Try any other restaurant at Eden on The Bay, unless you're looking for bad service.

The manager came to apologize, didn't look like he was sincere, just said sorry because he had to.

Do yourself a favour and never come here. They definitely don't deserve the stunning view and awesome atmosphere

We out as a family, waited 30minutes for drinks, ordered sushi and had to wait for over an hour. Waiter was never around. We asked another waiter to take our order who said he would return with a pen and paper to write our order down, never returned. We waited for an hours for the kids chicken strips. This is not the first time we complained about the poor service or lack thereof but this will have to be the last time we visit this place. Food is also very average.

Waiting period on pizzas was unacceptable. The table next to us received their pizza order long before us, and this after we placed our order 30 minutes before them. Communication was not good as well as we had to ask the manager what's going on. We were informed that the pizza oven is to hot. How did the people next to us get there pizza order before us then??

I wont be eating here again. Both times when we were there we had to wait about half an hour when just ordering coffee, even though there were like 50 waiters with most of the tables empty. The one waiter even tried giving herself a larger tip when we paid with a card. The one star would go to the food as it's not too bad.

There was no option for 0 star. I had 3 different waiters. Literally waited 40mins for 2 plates of chicken strips and drinks. I was told they don't provide cocktails and then the next waiter provided me with a cocktail menu. It was really a bad experience.

Definitely not as bad as I thought it would be based on the reviews I'd read.
Fairly priced.
My server was excellent and pulled myself and my friend of the boardwalk into the restaurant, introduced herself and was extremely good.

The oysters were really good! So is the hake and calamari combo. Service was prompt, although I had to get up from my seat to flag down the wait staff. I just read other reviews, yes if you just sat there and waited for them it will be a LONG time ...but if you just grab them they do what you ask of them, promptly.
