This has to be one of the most breathtaking estates I have been to in a long time. The creative design and lifestyle behind this estate was genius and absolutely top notch security all around the estate. The estate caters for all kinds of different activities, ranging from more mature folks to toddlers to active fitness folks to the guy who just feels like going for a walk. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area and go grab a pizza and beer while your child plays in the beach sand

This is what a gated community complex should be like.
Beautiful lake with a variety of bird life, swimming pool, and restaurant that is open to the public on prior booking.
Walkway around the lake with outdoor gym and jungle gyms for the kids.

Secure estate with beautiful landscaping and some lovely walking trails. Well run. I know uniformity is common in gated estates, but I wonder what the estate would look like with 2 / 3 house colour schemes to choose from, to introduce some variety.

A great place to stop in for lunch with a few friends , pricing is pretty good on the menu as well. After lunch did a spot of fishing and had a good fish on but lost it. shortly after picked up a good size large mouth. I only practice catch and release. Good luck fishers

Beautiful setting with mountain views in almost all directions. The gardens are well maintained, and I love the many walkways all over the estate.

Brilliant family and lifestyle oriented gated estate. Large lake which you can swim in, SUP or kayak in and even go fishing for bass. A forest area with kids adventure play equipment, several kids playgrounds dotted around and walking/running tracks. To top it off, there’s a restaurant/bar inside the estate too, so if you’re after an escape from the kitchen it’s just a short walk away.

Very safe and have a beautiful view of the lake and have a beautuful forest
