Out of all the Vida Cafe's that I visited this one is the only one that disappeared. Staff unfriendly and speakers over the customer to each other. I was still giving my order, and the lady just started talking to her fellow employees. I had to stop wait and ask if I can now continue. No apology. No smile No nothing.

No ambience. Worst red cappuccino ever. R92 for 2 bad red chinos and 1 cookie, ripp off. Over-priced can be justified if you get quality in return. But neither the chinos or the cookie was worth it. So sad, expected more.

Usually service here is great even though the offerings are typically limited BUT today there are female staff with an ATTITUDE. I wouldn’t want to come back with these ladies in attendance.

Don't be fooled by the small size this Vida has just as much vibe and as the vidas in the malls. Fun staff and incredible offering.

Not the best Vida around as the food selection is ALWAYS very limited. Been there many times so this statement is based on experience. Cannot fault the staff however they are great, always very friendly and eager to help.

I found the service lackluster and dismissive and was subjected to barista's choice of music playing loudly from his phone behind the counter. They also did not know the wifi password so could not load my app. Annoying experience!
