As far as product and service they are usually pretty good. Problems on the website and system are incredibly frustrating and even though I order every month, and have updated my address details all the time, they constantly send the drivers to my old address and it takes me a number of phone calls to try and rectify this - still a problem.

What was great turned into a shocking no delivery spaza shop type company. And their management does not bother to speak or return clients calls. The poor rep must take all the flack! CFS you are terrible!!! I can not believe you are the same company as Shoprite checkers, hence I will also never buy from them again either for as long as I breathe air!

Wonderful service from checkers. They communicate well and queries are answered to very quickly. I ordered something on Monday to be collected on Thursday. Today morning they called me if I'd love to have it delivered free as they will be around the neighborhood,which they did. Thank you guys. Friendly staff and the easy chat lady on the website who answers so quick and calls to follow up. Keep it up????????

Ordered on Sunday and was promised next day delivery. I only received half of my order on Wednesday. In the half of the order that I received was two blocks of VERY off cheese. I got the second half of my delivery on Wednesday evening. They took the cheeses back and said that I would be reimbursed for the cheeses. On neither delivery invoice were the two packs of mushrooms that I paid for with my order. Checkers food services now owes me R 83.96 for the four products that I have not yet received, PLUS, I believe my R100 delivery fees. I politely explained to the lady on the phone that it cannot become the customers problem that the stock taking is not done correctly and that when I am promised next day delivery (I even called to confirm this in light of the virus) I am well within my rights to expect it - especially for R100.
The last phone call I made was dropped by them and another day has now passed that I have not been reimbursed.

Would definitely not recommend this service - they seem extremely disorganized and have not been accommodating with my reimbursement.

It took a little while to learn how the site works but soon learnt short cuts. There is a REAL LIVE person to chat with online for questions u0026 they've even called me back to clarify. Very helpful with deliveries u0026 in general, resolving issues quickly. Very Happy Me!

Really poor service. Delievered 2 out of 37 items ordered and then closed my order. Their call centre can't help, they don't answer their phones, wonder if my bank will help me reverse the transaction.
