They okay, they are definitely not the best looking and most appealing store. But they have what you want, hopefully, if there’s stock. But their staff is also, 3 stars.

They are not setup like a typical store, you will wait in a line cause every customer needs to be loaded on the system with all your details needed. But it’s not so bad.

It is a Small store. Try calling or ordering online and collecting when it’s delivered

Don't Trust these Guys with placing an Order u0026 awaiting your Order.
they make Promises after Promises u0026 Just Excuses.
I placed an Order on Wednesday 10 November u0026 today 15th Of November after many Excuses, I needed to collect my Goods myself.
NB: Goods Was Collected by Myself Yesterday 15 November 2021 after the somanyeth empty Promise to deliver as you have promised.
You dont even know how my order was finalised!

Good service, Ruan is a good salesman, We buy all our trackers at their store, never had any kind of a bad experience in the shop, will recommend any body to visit this shop

I got very poor service and allot of attitude from Ruan ant the Centurion store. I ordered a specific item and was given a different brand all together. He just replied its the same thing and if I don't want it, he will refund me. 60km worth of fuel and time wasted twice.

Be careful.

The person at the front Ruan is very unfriendly and argumentative and extremely very rude. I don't know if it's because I'm Indian as a white man walked in and his entire attitude and voice changed as he spoke to the man. Definitely will never go back there and nor will I ever recommend anyone to go there!!!

So I stumbled upon Electromann by mistake. I ordered a wireless SIM alarm system online from a different supplier and needed two more motion detectors soonest. I went to Electromann and Ruan assisted me. Ruan assisted me very professionally. He elaborated on the range and all the accessories. I've never received such amazing service. He is such an asset to the company.
