Third week now without unleaded 93 petrol. Definitely not in line with Total standards

Waited close to an hour to get my car vacuumed and cleaned inside after it was washed on the outside. About 3 to 4 guys cleaning one car while mine was still not seen to. Not sure if maybe they had been drinking but and open carona beer was in plain view for anyone to see. R100 for terrible service and when finally done a so so car wash. Not sure if I'll be back in all honesty... I arrived at 12:30 left at 1:52

Bad service. Will never use them again. Fourth time I got bad service there.

Very bad service. I requested that my car be filled with R300 of petrol and drove away. After a few seconds I looked down at my fuel gauge and saw the guy didnt even fill my car with fuel after I paid the R300. I went back and spoke to the manager together with the petrol attendant. They said with the worst attitude I have ever seen that I am lying. It was impossible that my car could have been filled with R300 as my gauge was only 1/4 full. If I didn't look where my gauge was before filling the car they would have taken my R300 without me knowing. They even tried to let me pay twice. Please don't support them as this will let them stay in business to do this to others.

I'm a regular early morning customer, driving from Roodepoort each day. Up side - Some attendants already know what brand I smoke and will have it ready when I get to the counter. Down side - Only discovered recently that if you want your windscreen washed while filling up, it is considered "Self Service" (last 5 fillings I had to wash my own windscreen) Several times I had to go call the attendant that is sleeping (yet the attendants in the Kiosk will just look without assisting) also had to wake the attendant in the Kiosk numerous times to assist me. Pls. sort out your service, use to be a nice stop with friendly staff and service with a smile.

I asked for certain amount of fuel, the attendant gave me double and when I asked what now? He gave me the most pathetic dear caught in the headlights look I've ever seen. No thank you, I'm not interested.
