Was there on the 13/12/2021 at 12h20 in a white np200 and all I can say is I left with out petrol due to the attendants not wanting to help me after waiting fifteen minutes I left will get petrol some where else. Been going there since it opened and this is the first and last time I will be supporting them. Attendants just walked past and helped cars that came after me what a disappointment.

We live nearby and it's always such a pleasure to fill up at Total Summit Road. Always a friendly greeting and enthusiastic service. Even getting my windows and windscreens washed if I park and pop into the convenience store for a minute. You guys are awesome. Keep it up!

Bad service you getting from the staff especially in the morning,only two ladies will be working on the floor and other people waiting in their change room, they don't care how many cars are waiting there for the two poor ladies,i sometimes ask myself if this guys they really like their job,i also don't know where the owner of this garage gets the money to pay this lazy bunch of people, i am sure he is a millionaire, he doesnt see if people are working or not

Coming from Hartbeespoort dam going to Midrand on summit road this Total Gerage is big facility for all travelers where you can sit, eat and load your tanks. You will get very quick services from the staff. Little Cafe of mug where you can enjoy nice Coffee. It is a very clean place. There are rest rooms for all travelers which is very clean too.

I stopped at the Total Service Station at 23:15. I wanted to buy a few things from the shop for the next morning. The doors were locked and I was told they are closed. So much for 24 hour service.

What a pleasure it is to use this garage. It's always clean and the staff are friendly and efficient.
