This review is based on our interactions with Ballito.Net as tenants of a property they managed on behalf of a landlord. Advice to those renting folk when dealing with Ballito.Net and their team: Ensure you go through the Exit Checklist with them physically there. Don't allow them to come and do it on their own. There will be snags / reasons (which were not mentioned at the initial exit check) as to why they cannot return your deposit timeously. If you have the patience to get on the merry go round with them, best of luck. We found it tiring.
