Had the most amazing lunch today at Leaf Cafe in Tiffany's. Thought I'd try something new, and had my first ever Soy burger.
Not knowing what I was in for, my expectations were nullified, and my tastebud exploration mode kicked in 101.
Well, if I had any expectations, they would have been smashed right out the park, because my tastebuds went into sensory overload! I smashed that 'burger' in my face so fast that passes by must have thought it was a food fight fest ????????.
From bite of the jalapeño, softly soothed by the slices of avacodo and creamy cashew cheese sauce, to the texture of the sun-dried tomato and soy patty was perfectly rounded off with the crunch of a hashbrown.
Let me just tell you, I was not expecting such an amazing and mouthwatering taste.
Well done Leaf, you certainly have my vote when it comes to taste and presentation.
