Great place with good meat. Could have given you 5 stars but these are the areas that need your focus. Extraction fan not working - place full of smoke. Sort out the hand wash basin (broken tap, no hand dryer) and lastly the toilets are in a bad space. Other than that it's all good ????????

From a 4hour drive to Ace but im disappointed i had a bad experience ... burnt u0026 dry meat and was told that I wasn't the only one who complained.

I was very disappointed with the service at Ace Butchery today. My order was a mere 3 pieces of T-bone and wors, and yet it took a whole hour and me requesting my money back for the order to appear. By that time, I had lost my appetite and wanted my money back. Please serve both sit-ins and take-away customers the same way. As a take-away customer, I felt very disrespected today with the service I got. You’ve lost me as a customer.

The meat will be nice if you can ad a bit of spice and salt. Otherwise the place was ok and the service was good

Had a Bad experience lately. Waited for 15 minutes to be serviced on the counter and it took a guy wearing a suit for them to get the line moving. And they started with him and not me.????.

The worse part is that there was stuff available? Mara they were just sitting there.

The food remains great otherwise,

Very bad service...meat was raw u0026 we requested it to be returned back however it came back burned like we were served charcoal...
