Upon enquiry only , no booking as yet ... pathetic service , deceitful and undermine our intelligence to suit your crooked ways.

Leshana, your quotation was based upon your own decisions and you easily tried to worm yourself out of your mistakes.

please know that your threats only harm your own company.
You have no mannerisms, and you mentioned you doing "us" client enquiries a favour for enquiring about packages, if that's the case close your office doors as there is no monetary gain for you.

Your mannerism is a barbarism, lies, malicious accusations, and shouting at clients that is really not suitable for an agency who claims I want things for nothing therefore I enquired from your agency . Your atrocious remarks and comments is a true reflection of how pathetic you, your staff and your company are.

I am glad that my enquiry did not go further as to book and pay with Avoca Travels because your tone and management is already a poor reflection and disgusting free service.

I am glad you spared me the utter disgust of travelling with Avoca Travels.

I wish you all the best in first changing your character and healing yourself from all the hurt you have received from covid 19 . I heard your pain as you explained and feel so sorry for you , since you have not healed from this pandemic as yet, you have chosen deceitful ways to entice clients. You need to pray hard and ask of His (ALLAH )forgiveness to wash away your sins and mend your crooked ways to strive to be a better Muslim.

wife and i booked London trip with Noorjehan vadachia from avoca travels. At first i was really stressed about the whole booking but vadachia assured me that everything will be fine,it was easy to communicate with Avoca travels,they call back and respond to emails quickly. Avoca travels assisted us with the Manchester vs Swansea tickets, flights and accommodation. when we reached London, match tickets where given to us, from here i knew we made the right choice on picking Avoca travels.holiday was stress free, Avoca travels also contact us to make sure everything was fine.Would like to say a big thank you to the team, really appreciate all the assistance i got from you guys.

After payment was made, all communication stopped.
Questions we asked were met with curt, dismissive replies as though we were bothering them.

My first trip with Avoca was 15 years ago when they just introduced Islamic China Tour which was just amazing. We had all 5 star accommodation and the owner Mr. Gora came with us.I have been booking with them a few times but my recent trip now in August to South America was just awesome. Noorjehan you gave me splendid hotels and our transfers were always on time. Your prices are affordable and I can’t wait to book my next adventure with you.

My first trip with Avoca Travels was to Turkey this year and it can definitely be concluded that an impeccable impression was made. Avoca firmly holds its reputation by ensuring every step of our journey was well organized and stress free. Noorjehan Vadachia and team were efficient with communication and ensured that tours, accomadation and flights were taken care of and coordinated at reasonable prices for my family and me. When we encountered an issue and left a bag behind in a taxi the team was fast to arrange a solution for us to retrieve it. We were provided with accommodation in a central excellent location making access to transport and surrounding areas easy. The team ensured us with knowledgeable tour guides who made our holiday interesting and enjoyable. A five star experience with Avoca that I’d advise anybody to book with.
