Very rundown building. Not well maintained. Leaking pipes etc. Tons of rats by the bins.
If you on holiday, it's very close to beach and all amenities. To live there however, is not great.
The supervisor of the building is amazing.

Beach Hurst was indeed an awesome place. Old building but nice and affordable, with nice spacious two bedroom apartment (8 sleeper), big lounge and kitchen area. Safe parking as well. We received the accommodation as gift but now the only problem is I don't know how to get hold of this accommodation. Anyone that can help with a contact number please.

Our windscreen was shattered by falling debris from the building because our allocated parking was taken by someone else. The owner refused to take responsibility. Do not stay at the back building because it is very old and unsafe. Stay in the front building. My experience here was not good at all.

I had a horrible experience at this place. The parking bay allocated was already taken when we arrived and we had to park outside. The caretaker didn't want to take any responsibility. The next day our windscreen was shattered at 2 in the morning. If you ever stay at this apartments, please stay at the front of the building because the back is old and unsafe.

The exterior is not the most appealing, but the apartments are great and the staff are really pleasant. The building along with basement parking is secure.

Block of flats that seem ok to live in but area at night not great
