Popped in for a quick take-away meal. Was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, informative as she advised us on the best sellers and famous dishes . Settled for the crumbed chicken strips and chips, and the Bu0026C's battered chicken burger. The food came expertly packaged, sturdy and definitely able to withstand the drive home without taking any damage ????. The chicken strips were marvelous, tender breast strips, coated with a crispy but light coating that crunched with every bite taken. The burger is very, very good. A whole chicken breast, with a crispy battered coating that is very reminiscent of the southern-style deep fried technique. Fresh, crispy and wholesome flavours. Topped with fresh soft-leafed lettuce, and a zingy lime coleslaw, all held together by a generous , soft sesame seed bun. Fantastic. Both these dishes are accompanied by crispy , golden, perfectly fried French fries. Great experience, will be back to sample their pizzas soon ????. Recommended ????

Wanted to try this place to see what all the hype was about....extremely disappointed...its basically saltless chicken breast with fresh cream poured onto the saltless grilled chicken. Horrible u0026 waste of money. Full chicken R210 was definitely not worth the price.

1.Staff must be trained to acknowledge customers.
2. Consistent cleaning of tables- flies about, had to call a lady to wipe table. She was unimpressed.
3. Parking issue.
Food was good. No service with cutlery as like the other branches. You have to get your own from side counter. Delivery guys take up the space anyway.
4. Lady at till point has ro realize she is at work and check on orders with urgency and forget the chit chat among delivery drivers it would help with people asking where is /or how long for my order.

Rather use umhlanga or durban north branches. Service on point.

Chilled vibes, great food and good service, food was ready in no time. I will be visiting back soon. It's good to have a safe place to get fresh air during these trying times.

Food is abit pricey. The sauce is more dense and creamy than it looks. I really enjoyed the casamia pizza - Avocado, halloumi, mushrooms and peri-mayo sauce.

Waited 30 minutes for my meal and watched people who ordered after me get their food before me.The portion size was ridiculous. There were no utensils given and despite there being a sticker on the bag that says to carry with care I watched my order being man handled. Pathetic.
