The hostess, Portia, is lovely, friendly, very helpful u0026 accommodating, she happily attended to our special needs. The rooms with gorgeous views from the verandahs, were very clean u0026 well equipped, beds very comfortable. The breakfasts were of a 5 star class and service was excellent. Would definitely recommend Collards B u0026 B without any hesitation. Thank you Portia for making our 3 day stay comfortable, hassle free and great.

The woman named Portia at this establishment is the most rude discourteous person to deal with. It is astounding that someone like this is in the hospitality industry. Dont even bother with Collards.

This place is the worst ever! I made a booking via Agoda.com for 2 adults and 1 child. When I called PORTIA to confirm my booking she said no kids are allowed but she will set us up in a bigger room for an additional charge with an extra bed. On arrival we checked in and paid the additional charge with no fuss. The room she gave us was lovely but then there was a problem with the electricity which could not be solved as it was Christmas weekend. She then gave us a smaller room, and by small i mean extremely small and even the bed was small. No place for my child whom I already paid for. He had to sleep on the hard floor. Imagine paying for your child to sleep on the floor! She calls me the next morning claiming my kids will disturb the other guests during breakfast so we should be at breakfast at 7. Please advise which hotel does that? So I told her I no longer wish to stay and requested a refund for the 2nd night, to which she agreed and even asked for my banking details. Today (3 WEEKS LATER) she says her boss cannot refund me and she refuses to forward contact details of her boss. She basically just told us she will refund us to get rid of us. If you want to be treated like this and not like a paying customer book this place. We lost out on money which we could have used for something else!

I was informed today via email that i will not be refunded for the 1 night we did not stay. But the day we checked out , the manager clearly informed us we will be refunded. I then called the manager this morning who has changed her view now and was very rude and cant the call on my face. I will never stay at this establishment ever again and advise anyone to book here not to stay here as this hotel operates unethically and full of lies .

It's a great Bu0026B, staff very kind and respectful. Portia the host was very kind, helpful and goes the extra mile to make you stay comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and on most days I couldn't make it for breakfast, Portia always packed me a breakfast pack for work ????????greatful.

I loved the place,is clean and neat
Comfortable bedding
Nice viewing of the sea
On a breakfast,on top of 100% I give them 101% percent
