I didnt go in for a treatment but I must say that the place is very spiritual, good people and lovely sense of well being. My wife never complains so I take it that the services are very good as well.

Prof Mosam is by far one of the best dermatologists in the country. Compassionate and vastly knowledgeable.

I agree 100% with all the low reviews and had the same experience. I also was led into a room with professor Jamila and her assistant and explained my issue, was told to go into a consultation room where professor stood at the door and diagnosed my issue of ingrown hairs, she didn't even come close.

She then explained why mixed people's hair is a problem and I should rather do an expensive laser treatment to repair it. She also added that I should stop taking taxi's..which I haven't taken in years, which is a clear indication that she didn't even look at the questionnaire or listen to where I work and how I do training. The bill was ridiculous for products that made the situation worse. Her assistant dermatologist seemed embarrassed and tried to give me a proper consultation in another room but it was too late. Horrible overpriced service!!!

My sister was a patient at this clinic/practice and she would be encouraged to have repeated laser and topical treatments for whitening and smoothing out the skin. She developed multiple myeloma which a cancer of the bone marrow. I am not sure whether it is related but it could be as well

Worst mistake of my life, i was desperate to seek advise and diagnosis and medication for my 3 month old infant. Couldn't get an appointment with dermatologists close by soon enough, after calling 6 dermatologists found online with a waiting list of over 8 days I called this place and they had an appointment available the very next day. What I got was a joke, my husband, the baby and I were led into a room by two ladies and they took a seat next to us in front of an old lady. The old lady had no interest in us really, didn't answer any questions directly and did her diagnosis sitting across the table from us. Didn't once get up off her chair to take a closer look at my baby and why I brought him to her, all she did was bark orders and dictate 8 to 10 medications to the two ladies of ehat should be added to the prescription.

We were then taken to another room by the two ladies where they proceeded to show us a 19 page power point presentation on eczema that I could've downloaded straight from the internet, oh and by the way the presentation also justified the reasons for the extraordinary charges.... They kept insisting that they don't charge for the consultation but only for script... What a joke. After what felt like a 30 minutes lecture on dermatitis we were given the bill... ???????? I almost fell off my chair. Right there in black and white :consultation R730. And the prescription fee (i assumed they charged per item added to the script, which explains why the excessive amount of medicine prescribed) R2404 and the medication which they mix on the premises R1036 and by the way, they only take cash.

I thanked them paid for the useless consultation only and decided to wait to see a proper doctor, during all this I also discovered that the old lady isn't even a doctor but a professor!!!

Don't waste your time and money, save yourself the trouble and see a proper dermatologist.

I started going to this clinic in 2010 when Dr Naidoo , my doctor , was still alive. I became a member of this family. I had struggled with my skin condition for many years . When I arrived there , I just realized am at the right place . The warmth, love, respect and professionalism they have starting from Mzo at the reception desk , Faith , Ntombi, to Mr Ncwane all of them are great people, The doctors are well informed and advance in what they do. I have been with this clinic for 9 years and now I am just maintaining my condition because am completely healed . I attended the funeral for Dr Naidoo and wept because I thought my hope was gone but little did I know there were still Mrs Naidoo who has carried on the legacy and the loveu0026 respect Dr Dylan had for all his patients. Dr Aboobakar was the one I was handed over to when my main man and my friend passed on and it’s been absolutely amazing. I know that Dr Naidoo is happy and smiles at all of us seeing how Mrs Naidoo and his son and the entente medical team and staff have represented him since he departed.
I have referred so many of my friends to the clinic and they are happy and healed .

Thank you for the wonderful work and for saving our lives , thank you for giving us our confidence and dignity back ,

The only thing that always make me allergic when I am there for my meds and consultation is what you burn , am not sure if it’s incense, otherwise well done
