Phenomenal experience. If you are looking for an urban retreat that will let you escape from the city then this is the perfect getaway. Being at this hotel is like being in a transported back into the past of Durban. Vintage rooms with the perfect antique finishes, take be back any day!

Still early days. I have just checked in. The room is enchanting. This is my second visit and I really love it. The calm *retreat* feel. I would highly recommend this very special guest house. All details loving arranged.

The place is so perfect..it feels like home..the rooms are outstandingly vintage decorated with decorative ornaments you wish to take home. Service is homely, unlike typical hotel environment. Le Anne is just the best..no words. Thank you for hosting us on new years.

We stayed in the Goble Palms guest house for 4 nights and are very impressed with the service and the friendliness of the staff.
The house itself is old and colonial, but very clean and tastefully decorated. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off. You can park comfortably within the garden walls and the luggage is brought directly to the room by the always friendly staff.
The rooms are cozy, a bit old, but equipped with modern air conditioning, television and comfortable bed linen.
The breakfast is really outstanding and is freshly prepared every day according to the wishes of the guests.
Special mention should be made of manager Vincent and his brother, who have a great grip on the guest house and are always available for a short chat.

wow! just wow! Vincent was the best host, he will make sure you are comfortable and safe, the rooms are amazing, it has a pool and a breakfast area. what an amazing gem!
