Service is excellent, rooms are clean, breakfast is great and from the security to the trainees is always friendly and so helpful.

The location is great but the only downfall is that the parking is based in the building next door and in the building next door is a tavern/night club with people hanging around on the ground floor of the parking (there is security on the ground floor of the parking that goes to the other hotel, but still if you are 2 ladies alone is is a bit scary.

Except for the parking it is really an excellent Hotel with great people and great service, well done guys ????

The rooms are outdated, but very clean and well-maintained and the view is just amazing. Also you can hear the waves whenever the window is open which makes sleeping and waking up a wonderful experience being also right there at Durban's city centre. All the staff is amazingly helpful and made my stay an absolute pleasure! Breakfast is good, too.

It's lovely to have self catering accommodation in a hotel. It's walking distance from the beach. The only problem is that a nightclub is directly opposite the hotel and its open even on Sunday nights. You don't get to sleep until 2-3 am and then for the big cleanup in the streets in the morning. So if clubbing is your thing then this is definitely your hotel..

Most polite, professional, respectful and kind stuff..
The hotel was incredibly clean and the breakfast buffet was scrumptious ???? couldn't get enough, room service on point....Big shout out to the kitchen stuff❤️❤️????
Am definitely coming back . Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The place was good and definitely are looking forward to go back there with the exception of few areas to improve on: 1 The door locks need urgent attention, as it took us long to get into our room due to a faulty lock. this was a problem in most rooms.
2. The bathroom utensils ( toilet paper, soap, shower cap, shower gel) are only for one person yet the room was for 3 people.
The food was lovely, Mr Dlomo and his team are doing excellent job. Their service was great, however a need for a bigger dinning area needs to be considered because we always had to wait to be seated, because it was full inside. I would like to thank in particular MaXaba for her professional attitude and excellent customer service including other young waitresses and waiters.
Reception staff are very welcoming.

The rooms there were so clean upon our arrival , I enjoyed the food aswell. The stuff there ,they were so friendly . However,since Friday until Sunday when we left the cleaning stuff did not even bother to change the bed sheets

A good location in front of the beach, staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean.

Parking place is untidy and it's in the building next door. The worst part they are charging you for parking. They must upgrade their locking systems for the doors and windows.
